This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains everything you need to know about how we prepare, process, and dispatch your order. We’ve designed our shipping practices to be as reliable and transparent as you are.
ORDER PROCESSING
At Inclusive Shore, we believe that great care deserves great speed—without compromising accuracy. Once you place your order, our team begins preparing it with attention to every detail. Orders are subject to verification and approval before they enter the fulfillment queue.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. This confirms that we have received your order and are reviewing it. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a second notification confirming shipment along with tracking information.
Orders are processed on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly due to higher than normal order volume. We appreciate your patience and assure you that our team is working to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.
ORDER VERIFICATION
To protect the security of your transaction and to prevent fraud, all orders placed on inclusiveshore.com are subject to routine verification checks. In some cases, this may result in a short delay while we confirm details. You will be notified if additional information is required to complete your order. These measures help us protect both you and our community.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to populate fully after you receive your confirmation. Some carriers update tracking status in real time; others refresh once per business day.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation within the expected processing window, please first check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate it, you may contact us through our website contact form, and we will be happy to assist.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Inclusive Shore partners with reputable, established carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location, the size and weight of your package, and the service speed you select at checkout. All carriers we work with are experienced in handling apparel and committed to careful delivery.
We reserve the right to substitute carriers when necessary to ensure the best possible service. Such substitutions do not affect the quality or speed of delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We are proud to serve customers across the country with reliable domestic shipping options. At checkout, you will be presented with available service levels for your address. These may include standard, expedited, and express services.
Domestic orders are delivered to all fifty states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote or rural areas may require additional transit time depending on carrier routes and local conditions. All domestic shipments are fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Inclusive Shore welcomes customers around the world. We ship internationally to a wide range of countries and territories. During checkout, if your country is not listed among the available destinations, please contact us—we are continually expanding our shipping coverage and may be able to accommodate your order.
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely by country; some require formal entry, detailed documentation, or inspection of packages. Inclusive Shore is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
When ordering internationally, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the receiving country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Inclusive Shore does not collect these fees at checkout, nor can we predict what they will be, as customs policies vary and change frequently. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges and thresholds before placing your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these assessments and cannot reimburse them.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Inclusive Shore ships only to the address entered during the order process. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to redirect packages.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately through our website contact form. We will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address. If the order has already shipped, we must unfortunately follow the carrier’s address correction procedures, which may result in additional charges or delivery delays.
MISSING, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Inclusive Shore takes great care to ensure your order reaches you safely. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend the following steps:
- Check with other household members, neighbors, or building management.
- Look around your property, including porches, mailrooms, or alternative delivery locations.
- Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If after taking these steps you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate. Please note that we are unable to refund or replace orders that the carrier confirms as delivered to the correct address.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. This may occur if the shipping address is incorrect, if the recipient fails to claim the package, or if customs clearance is unsuccessful. If a package is returned to Inclusive Shore, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, destination, or carrier policies. These restrictions will be indicated during checkout. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment of goods across domestic and international borders.
